Why Structure Matters

Most workout content is written as prose. You read paragraphs, guess at pacing, and improvise rest periods. We took the opposite approach.

Each session is a mechanical layout: work blocks, rest blocks, round counts, and equipment tags. You see the architecture before you execute it.

Three Core Rules

Rule 01

Format First

AMRAP, EMOM, and Tabata are not labels — they define how you pace the session. The format is chosen before exercises are assigned.

Rule 02

Gear Honesty

Every session lists exact equipment requirements. Bodyweight means bodyweight. No hidden assumptions about what you have available.

Rule 03

Time Boundaries

Sessions are built for 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30-minute windows. You select based on your schedule, not the other way around.

Based in New South Wales

We operate from One Mile, NSW, serving individuals who prefer structured, equipment-flexible training sessions they can follow independently.

Our digital tools — the session matrix and quick builder — are available to anyone with an internet connection.
